Locke Performance Horses operates out of Clinton Anderson's "Downunder Horsemanship" facility in Belle Center Ohio . Facilities include:

• 125 X 250 heated indoor arena
• Indoor roundpen
• 200 X 400 outdoor arena
• 150' hexagonal cutting pen
• 12 x 12 heated boxed stalls

Training costs are as follows:

• Training - $125 per week
• Board - $13.50 per day
